COMMENT
Note : TFC team faced the problem;
- Not easy recruiting good craftsmen who want to learn and work hard
- Some materials are not available in Banda Aceh, so beside 2 TFC materials brought in from Medan, TFC team have difficulties getting materials for set 3,4 etc. it must be ordered first, then after a few days they distribute it.
- Requirement for toilets is higher than TFCs
- Not all Gampong has roofs to support TFC since housing has not started yet. From our understanding, TFC collects rainwater from the roofs of houses or other buildings.
- Besides our own team of 4 people, only 9 Acehnese were trained. Now, they can build TFCs in their own village or another village.
